CATEGORY 1: GENERAL QUESTIONS

Can you explain how the process works?

Choose your BUFF® product and submit a design request with as much detail as possible. Our design team will get to work for you .
You will receive design proposals by email. If you approve them, we start production and ensure your customized BUFF® is delivered as quickly as possible Huidige pagina.

Who produces the original BUFF® products?

BUFF® is a Spanish brand. All customized BUFF® products are produced in the factory in Barcelona, except for the Trucker Cap, which is produced in the Far East .
RPM is produced in Italy by RPM Sartoria Sportive s.r.l. Huidige pagina.
TWEX is produced by a single manufacturer in the Far East, ensuring consistent quality.

How can I tell if it’s a real BUFF®?

BUFF® always places the brand logo at the top and bottom of the product, so you can be sure it’s authentic. RPM and TWEX do the same.

Will my unique design be used for others?

No. BUFF® S.A. will never use your design for third parties. Your design remains exclusively yours and can be reordered at any time. This also applies to RPM and TWEX.

Can I wash my neck warmer in the washing machine?

Yes — BUFF®, RPM and TWEX can be washed at 40°C. Never put them in the dryer.

CATEGORY 2: DESIGN QUESTIONS

Which sizes are available?

All customized BUFF® products are available in adult sizes.
Exceptions: Original BUFF®, CoolNet UV+ BUFF®, Filter Tube BUFF® and Polar BUFF® are also available in children’s sizes .

Can I choose any color I want?

In principle, all colors are available, as long as you provide complete information about your wishes. Colors are usually specified using Pantone (PMS) numbers .

What do you need to create a design?

We need a clear description of your design idea .
If a logo is required, it must be supplied as a vector file (AI, EPS, PDF or PNG) Huidige pagina.

Can I submit my own design?

Yes — sketches or your own ideas are welcome. If you are graphically skilled, we can send you a template after confirmation of the order. You can submit your design using this template, and we will convert it to the final production format. This saves time, but not costs.

Can you create a logo for me?

No — we never create logos. You must supply your own logo. Low‑quality files cannot be used because we cannot guarantee print quality .

Can the brand logo be removed from the product?

No — the brand name must always appear on the product. However, the manufacturer will print the logo in a matching color so it does not dominate your design.

Can I call you for design advice?

Absolutely — we are always happy to think along with you and share our expertise. You can call us or use the contact form.

I already have teamwear. Can you create a matching neck warmer?

Yes — if you send us the teamwear design, we can create a matching neck warmer. Make sure the color numbers are included, or request them from your supplier.

CATEGORY 3: ORDERING QUESTIONS


How does payment work?

Customized projects are made especially for you. You will receive an invoice, and once payment is received, production starts immediately.

How long does delivery take?

After you give written approval for the design, BUFF® products are shipped within 3–5 weeks. If adjustments are needed, you will receive an email immediately.

What if I need my order before a specific date?

If you have a deadline, we will check in advance whether it is feasible. Your payment must be received on time to avoid delays.

Can my order be delivered faster?

BUFF® works with a strict first‑in, first‑out planning, so faster delivery is not possible. For other manufacturers, it depends on timing



How can my product be packaged?

BUFF® offers various packaging options. Other manufacturers have more limited options.

Are shipping costs charged?

You will receive an all‑inclusive price in your quote. No additional shipping costs apply — unless your approval or payment is late and a courier is required. Courier costs are fully charged to you.

Do you deliver abroad?

We deliver within the EU in general. Outside the Netherlands, courier costs are added to the invoice depending the courier.
